Delivery & Returns

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, with standard delivery typically taking 5 to 7 business days within India. International deliveries may take between 10-15 business days, depending on the location. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery address, and these will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the progress of your delivery. In case of lost or damaged items, we ask that you inspect the products immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you further.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that items that have been used, opened, or customized are not eligible for return. Personalized products, such as custom-printed books or orders tailored to the customer's specifications, are also excluded from our return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect. For exchanges of defective or incorrect items, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide the necessary instructions. If the returned product is not in its original condition, or if parts are missing, a partial refund may be issued.
